2. SERVICES AND FEES

The Instructor provides online and in-person dance fitness classes at a fee of $10 per class. Students must pre-register for each class, and payment must be made at the time of registration.

3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The Instructor is not a healthcare provider, and the Services provided are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with your doctor or other qualified health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

4. LIABILITY

The Instructor is not liable for any injury or health conditions that may occur during or after taking part in the dance fitness classes. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in the Services, you agree that you do so at your own risk and are voluntarily participating in these activities.

5. COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Instructor or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Instructor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

The Instructor reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

The Instructor may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site.

This site is controlled by the Instructor from its offices within the United States of America. It can be accessed from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the United States, by accessing this site, both you and the Instructor agree that the statutes and laws of the United States will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site.
